Gay man attacked in West Dulwich

A gay man was verbally abused and pushed to the ground in a homophobic attack in West Dulwich, south-east London.

He suffered serious facial injuries when three men attacked him in Birbeck Hill at about 10.30pm on Saturday, August 21st.

The victim had been saying goodbye to his boyfriend before the assault and police believe the men may have been following him.

The suspects were described as slim, white, aged between 18 and 20, with London accents. One of the men was wearing a striped T-shirt.
